When I joined PanScience Innovations in May 2023, fresh out of college, I didn’t know what to expect. It was my first full-time job, and I came in with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and React. I had no idea that in just over two years, I’d go from a Web Developer to a Senior Software Engineer leading key projects, guiding interns, and contributing to some of PSI’s most impactful ventures.
I still remember my first task working on InvestorBase. I used Webflow, a no-code platform that was totally new to me at the time. But like with most things at PSI, I learned on the go. From Webflow to building full-stack applications, I grew not just as a developer but also as someone who could think about tech in terms of real-world impact.
Over time, I worked on ventures like Parchaa, where I helped build a patient-facing PHR application, contributing to M1, M2, and M3 certification. I also developed Cortex, a powerful internal tool for our Parchaa team, which helps with diagnosis mapping, symptom tracking, and more. It’s the engine behind a lot of what we do at Parcha and I’m proud of how far it’s come.
Currently, I’m leading work on Smart DMS, our Smart Document Management System, which is a part of our upcoming ventures. I’ve also had the chance to build a standout feature called “BPP Evaluation,” which optimizes tender comparisons and document validation for public procurement. It’s one of those features that pushed me to use advanced tooling, and the feedback we received from clients made all the effort worth it.
Looking back, the journey hasn’t just been about code. It’s been about mindset. At PSI, we build fast. Really fast. Deadlines are tight, and the iterations are continuous. You need to be someone who’s hungry to learn and unafraid to take on things outside your comfort zone. That’s one piece of advice I’d give to anyone joining us: be ready to adapt, to fail, and to keep building.
I’ve been lucky to work closely with our leadership, people like Tanisha, Devanshi and Anshul, who have always involved us in not just execution but also in decision-making, strategy, and vision. That level of trust early on made a huge difference for me.
From being someone who only knew frontend basics, I’ve now worked across 7–8 languages and tech stacks: React, Next.js, Python, JSOB, AI integrations, AWS, and more. My friends who joined MNCs around the same time are still working within a limited scope. At PSI, I’ve had the space to grow 10x.
But more than just the technical growth, it’s the culture of ownership that has stayed with me. The work here is intense, but meaningful. Learning is constant. And the impact is real.
If I had to summarize my PSI journey, it’s been about building, breaking, learning, and rebuilding. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
