All academic backgrounds are welcome (engineering, business, design, humanities, etc.)
Must register with institutional email address
Both undergraduate and postgraduate students eligible
No prior experience required - we judge on merit

Individual submissions only (no team entries)
Submissions must adhere to the specified format and requirements
Participants may register for both tracks but must submit separate solutions
You may use open-source libraries and research references with proper citation
All submissions must be in English
Submissions after the deadline will not be considered

How much time will I need to complete a challenge?

Most participants spend 15-20 hours over the two-week submission window. The challenges are designed to be substantial but manageable alongside your academic commitments.

Can I submit for both tracks in the same month?

Yes! You can participate in both the Tech and Non-Tech tracks simultaneously. However, each submission must be original and stand on its own.

What if my institution isn't on the eligible list?

We periodically review and expand our list of partner institutions. Contact us at talent@panscience to nominate your college.

Do I need advanced technical skills for the Tech track?

Challenges are designed to be accessible to students with intermediate programming skills while still challenging those with advanced capabilities.

How many internship positions are available each month?

We typically offer 2-4 internship positions monthly, depending on performance quality and organizational needs.

What are the working hours for interns?

Interns work approximately 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling around academic commitments.

How does the PPO process work?

Interns who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance over a 3+-month period may be considered for Pre-Placement Offers. The evaluation is based on project contributions, learning agility, and culture fit.

Can I participate again if I don't win?

Absolutely! We encourage continuous participation. Many successful interns weren't first-time winners.

Will I receive feedback on my submission?

Top 10 submissions receive brief feedback. Due to volume, we cannot provide individual feedback to all participants.
