Learning, Adapting, and Growing at PanScience Innovations

Gauraee Konher | Administrative Assistant

Stepping into PanScience Innovations as an Administrative Assistant during my summer break, I knew I was entering a space that was fast-paced and full of possibilities. What I didn’t anticipate was just how much I would grow, not just professionally, but personally. These 3.5 months were a complete journey of learning, adapting, and discovering my own strengths.

When I first joined, the environment felt intense. Everyone around me was multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working at a pace I wasn’t used to. Initially, I struggled to keep up, I was someone who tended to take time before finishing tasks. But the culture at PanScience is built on support and trust. My team gave me the space to adjust, and slowly, I learned to prioritize, multitask, and deliver efficiently. That transition, from hesitation to confidence, was one of my biggest learnings.

I discovered PanScience through my college internship fair, and what immediately drew me in was its AI and Deep Tech focus. In today’s world, where AI is transforming every space, I wanted to understand how it could make work smarter and faster. This internship offered me exactly that exposure. From streamlining KPIs to learning Power BI from scratch, I got hands-on experience with tools that helped me understand data, automation, and real-time insights. Building dashboards and tracking metrics across departments made me realize how much impact efficiency can create when paired with technology.

Another invaluable part of my internship was the constant guidance from mentors like Tanisha, who taught me that work isn’t just about completing tasks, it’s about presenting them with confidence. One lesson that has stayed with me is: “Even if people underestimate you at first, your clarity and confidence can make them see your worth.”

Beyond technical learning, PanScience gave me my first real taste of corporate accountability. Unlike college, where someone is always there to guide you, here I learned to correct my own mistakes, communicate openly, and take responsibility. It was empowering to be trusted with meaningful work and to be given the freedom to figure things out on my own.

If I had to define my biggest takeaway, it would be this: exploration leads to clarity. Working across marketing, partnerships, CSR, and operations helped me realize not only what I enjoyed, but also what I didn’t. That self-awareness is something I’ll carry forward everywhere I go.

For anyone stepping into PanScience, my advice would be: ask questions early, communicate clearly, and embrace every challenge with curiosity. You’ll make mistakes, but you’ll also learn, grow, and walk out more confident than ever.

Looking back, this internship didn’t just make me more efficient, it made me more self-assured, independent, and ready for whatever comes next.

Recognition that Matters.
